The USMC FILBE (Family of Improved Load Bearing Equipment) Pack was designed to be the standard issue upgrade for a load carry system and used in conjunction with body armor.  The big improvement was a better more comfortable way to carry heavy loads for active field use.  The USMC pack system has a more conventional internal frame with a lot of structural back padding. The shoulder and heavy duty him belts are adjustable to almost any size.  The pack material is made of very durable waterproof coated nylon and made to take abuse.  The main pack is separated by a removable divider into a 3400 cu. in. main compartment and a 1600-cu. in. lower compartment for a sleeping bag or other gear.
MOLLE is throughout the pack to add sustainment pouches, external hydration or any gear you need.  If you are looking for a durable full-size pack to go and do long excursions, prepping or hunting this is a perfect pack.

In order to get you the best possible FILBE pack, each one is unassembled and professionally inspected making any needed repairs. We take care to inspect the frame and ensure the many buckles and straps are in good working condition, trading out parts as needed.  To keep up with high demand and rising costs, we are now offering the FILBE un-assembled.  The pack is in 4 main parts, Frame, complete shoulder assembly, hip belt and main pack.  Assembly takes only 20-30 minutes and can easily be completed at home.  Knowing your pack will also help you in the future make any needed adjustments.
The Generation 2 1606M Frame is now available for a limited time as an upgrade for those who need it.  As you know, Marines are hard on their gear.
The 2nd generation frame is made to significantly increase its strength and durability in the field under combat conditions. In most civilian uses the original frame worked well but if you feel you are just as hard on your gear as a Marine, we wanted to bring this offer to you. We have the gear!
What you should know about Surplus
All items are in good usable condition with plenty of use left; however, conditions will vary due to being actual used military surplus. We inspect all items and make professional repairs when needed.  Some items may have stains, writing, color fading, small repairs or surface rust but no holes and tear.  If there is ever an issue, we will be happy to make it right

Our History
We have been in this business long before a lot of brands even existed.  All the stores started in the same way, hard work, very little money and a lot of support from our manufactures. Army Navy Stores in general were always fun and draws people for all kinds of surplus, military gear and cools items.  Over the years as surplus dried up and retail changed we did also.  We never lost our roots as an army navy stores we just added more cool stuff that people need.
Why we love to do this
Customers tell us all the time that they came to our store with their parents when they were small like 8 years old. Now they are buying work boots and survival, outdoor and military gear as adults.  That is the biggest thrill we can get.  We work with cool people, hardcore customers, those new to it all and families.  We are thrilled that I can support and help tactical teams, Soldiers, Law enforcement, OTMs and everyday people that need advice.  It’s not only a blast working with everyone we get to help with uniform and gear selections that really matter to those who use it.  We take pride in getting the right gear to customers and get to play with all the toys out in the field.  The team is mostly full of long term people and they all take personal responsibility, make decisions and want our customers coming back every time

Getting your order shipped is our priority.  We ship primarily via UPS and USPS. Cost is based on actual weight and we try to be as accurate as possible allowing us to sell at the lowest price we can.   Most items ship from our 80,000 sq foot Texas Wearhouse. We do not pad shipping and rates are determined by Ebay’s calculations.  We cannot, however, provide guarantees that packages will arrive within any specific time frame and once the shipment leaves our facility it cannot be rerouted.
Shipping in the contiguous United States takes between 2 to 10 business days in transit.  There are instances in which carriers will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen weather or events. We can not take responsibility If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time
Lost or Damaged Items
Should a package be lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the loss so that the problem may be addressed in a timely manner.
In order for us to assist, a missing package must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date and you must submit your concern in writing.   Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 30 days, and ANO assumes no responsibility for claims not reported within the time period.

Our ultimate objective is to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return new unused item(s) using Ebay’s return instructions.
To be eligible for a full refund, item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new, resalable, unworn condition with tags attached.
Boots must be returned in the original shoe box INSIDE another box or a 15% re packaging charge may be assessed. Please avoid damaging the shoe box by using it as the shipping packaging. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse.
